ATLANTA--(Korea Newswire) March 13, 2012 -- Ebix, Inc. (Nasdaq:EBIX), a leading international supplier of On-Demand software and E-commerce services to the insurance industry, today announced that its Board of Directors has increased the quarterly dividend by 25% to $0.05. The next dividend is payable at the end of May. The record date and payment date will be announced shortly.
Ebix Chairman and CEO Robin Raina said, “The increase in the dividend just six months after the Board of Directors authorized our first dividend, reflects the strength of our business as seen in the record Full Year 2011 Net Income and EPS announced earlier today. The Board remains confident in the sustainability of the Company's Free Cash Flow to be used to grow Ebix through reinvestment in the core business as well as return capital to shareholders through stock repurchases and dividends.”
