Services unavailable for 20 hours between Saturday, May 12, 21:00 and Sunday, May 13, 16:30 are: ▷ On-line purchase using credit card (Card safety service) ▷ Cash advance service on alliance ATM. All SMSs on credit card authorization created during the period will be sent together after Sunday, May 13th, 16:30.
Services available throughout the period are: ▷ Credit card purchase ▷ Varied incident reporting / Inquiry of manager’s check through call center.
A Citibank Korea official advised the customers to prepare accordingly and make necessary arrangements for the weekend before Friday, May 11th, 23:00. “The new system environment will provide even better customer service by accommodating after-hour & holiday transactions for accounts opening / closing, loan/interest payments, currency exchanges and so on via Internet banking, and by cutting down customer wait times.
