Vizit's new Custom Action for Nintex Workflow enables a SharePoint user to highlight various items within a document and assign a task to an individual or group for providing feedback on those items. The requester can also add workflow actions such as Approve or Reject to the task. All tasks include a link which opens the document to the specified item with the request for information and specified workflow actions visible to the receiver of the task. SharePoint users then simply provide the requested input and select the appropriate Nintex Workflow action. The result is a complete audit trail of events including an encapsulation of the conversation content within the Nintex Workflow.
