Ms. Pham brings a proven track record of successfully leading teams to implement changes and achieve strategic company goals by utilizing her knowledge and understanding of the global business environment and its potential cross-cultural challenges.
Most recently, she worked at ING Life in Bangkok, Thailand as head of the Product, Strategic Planning and Marketing Departments, where she restructured the product team and improved the product mix leading to a substantial increase in profit margins within six months, as well as built the marketing team to better support strategic initiatives of the company. Prior to this, she had been instrumental to the successful reorganization, strengthening and development of the marketing, sales and customer services divisions of various other global companies within the travel assistance and insurance sectors.

Ms. Pham was educated at the École Supérieure de Commerce et d'Industrie, in Montpellier, France at their School of Management. She is fluent in French, English, Vietnamese, Thai and German.
