With the development of the new-generation information technologies such as Internet of Things, Cloud computing, and mobile internet, the concept of “Smart City” is increasingly being addressed, the research and business applications of which in intelligent healthcare, electronic government, and intelligent transportation have become the hot topics in the industry.
