AcuraBio is one of Australia’s most experienced biopharmaceutical CDMOs, offering trusted, client-focused services to both domestic and international clients for the past 20 years. Building on extensive experience in microbial manufacturing, AcuraBio has expanded its contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) service offering to include the manufacture of pDNA from early R&D all the way to full cGMP. We are able to commence a plasmid DNA project from a sequence to supply of drug substance or critical raw material for further processing steps. We can supply pDNA as non-sterile bulk DS (drug substance) or API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) and can supply pDNA at three grades - Research grade, Highly Documented, and GMP-grade. AcuraBio can meet current and future supply demands with multiple upstream fermentation entry points at 5L, 30L and 400L scale, with streamlined and yield-optimised downstream processing using two-step chromatography.
