The first MADO in Libya, a flagship of more than 1,000 sq m in Al-Hawari, Benghazi, in an Alushibe-owned property, opens in Q1 2027. A second location will anchor District Mall, Alushibe‘s 53,000 sq m development in Benghazi and Libya’s largest open-air mall (25,000 sq m gross leasable area), opening in 2028.
The 12 brands, spanning coffee, bakery, casual dining and quick-service restaurants, will enter the division's platform of three shopping malls, three hotels and more than 215 stores across Libya, totalling more than 2.15 million sq ft.

The first phase creates 350 jobs across café operations, supply chain and management, with Libyan teams trained to MADO’s standards before each opening.
