Prudential Investment & Securities Co. Ltd. Rolls Out “24/7 Fund Reservation Service”
Prudential Investment & Securities Company Co., Ltd. (PISC) (CEO Chung Jinho) announced it will be rolling out a 24/7 fund reservation service to its customers beginning June 19 (Mon).
This new and unique service was created to accommodate the 21st century customer, which - in today’s world - is an extremely busy individual. This service enables overseas customers faced with time and space barriers or busy working professionals who don't have much time to more conveniently manage their assets after business hours. In the past, the fund reservation service had only been offered during regular business hours. In addition, along with the 24 hour cash management account service that is currently in place, services concerning switching of funds, bank remittance, opening of accounts, account inquiry and application for various certificates will also be provided, thereby enhancing the level of efficiency for comprehensive account management.
Reservations registered through the fund reservation service will be applied the same standards as those applied to reservations made on 9:30 a.m. of the following day, while non-transaction related services such as personal information modification, application for various certificates and account inquiry will be handled in real time.
