Foreign Minister to visit Russia
During his visit, Minister Song will hold the ROK-Russia Foreign Ministers' Talks with Minister Lavrov and meet with Secretary of the Security Council, Igor Ivanov, among others.
Taking this opportunity, Minister Song plans to have discussions with his Russian counterparts on major pending issues such as the February 13 Initial Actions for the Implementation of the Joint Statement of the Six-Party Talks, and substantial cooperation between the ROK and Russia in such fields as outer space technology and energy, and exchange views on recent situations on the Korean Peninsula and around the world.
