DIGITAL CHOSUN and ETS agree on the exclusive distributorship of TOEFL? Practice Online in Korea
This agreement includes that ETS appoints Digital Chosun as an exclusive territory distributor of TOEFL Practice Online, which is the simulation test of TOEFL that is ETS’s most widely accepted English Language test in the world. Digital Chosun is authorized to market and sell TOEFL Practice Online over next three years.
TOEFL Practice Online is a web-based simulation test officially provided by ETS, the creators of the TOEFL iBT test. Test questions are derived from previously administered TOEFL iBT tests and delivered under environments emulating TOEFL iBT test. It also provides scoring by ETS. So that test takers can benefit by becoming familiar with the test format and measuring their readiness for test day. TOEFL Practice Online is easily accessible through internet-connected PC with headset, regardless of time or location. Test scores are reported instantly through the internet.
At the signing held in New York, Chan Kim, CEO of Digital Chosun said, “We are pleased to join the highly respected network of ETS vendors. Digital Chosun will collaborate with various educational institutes such as universities, proprietary language schools, so that Korean students easily meet TOEFL Practice Online.”
“I expect that test takers in Korea will conveniently access to TOEFL Practice Online in the future, as Digital Chosun will endeavor to develop and operate local test delivery system dedicated to Korean test takers.” said Yongtak Lee, ETS Korea representative.
Digital Chosun plans to launch TOEFL Practice Online into Korean market through its website In July this year.
