CKI Launching ‘FCY Revolving Deposit’

Seoul--(뉴스와이어)--CKI(CEO: YK Ha, www.citibank.co.kr) newly launched a ‘FCY Revolving Deposit’, a product that automatically deposits the accrued interest rate, and customers can consequently enjoy the compound rate effect.

The deposit tenor of CKI’s FCY deposit varies from over 7 days to under 1 year, and the revolving cycle is over 7 days, enabling the customers to freely select revolving cycle.

For example, if the customer chooses to set their deposit tenor to 1 year, he can select the revolving cycle to either 7 days, 10 days, 2 months and 1 day or so. Once the cycle ends and withholding at income of the interest accrued is made, the interest is deposited. The customer does not have to make a visit to the bank and can easily enjoy the compound interest effect with this product. The currencies that can be deposited are US dollars, Euro and Yen, and the minimum amount for deposit is USD100, EUR100 and JPY100 for respective currencies.

On top of the first quoted revolving period interest rate, CKI is giving additional 0.7%(p.a) to the customer opening this deposit as part of celebrating the launch of FYC Revolving Deposit, and customers converting Won into foreign currency to subscribe for this product can enjoy up to 90% of preferential FX rate.
