Korea Ubiquitous Supplied Samsung Electronics Blu-ray Test Disc
BDQC disc is linked to error detecting program to test Blu-ray video capacity on HDTV without noise or error
In addition, BDQC disc is able to test whether laser pickup in Blu-ray player can read surface of optical disk of Blu-ray from the beginning to end. Also it can do audio output test for 2.1, 5.1, 7.1 channel and specific frequency whether it is work properly in audio output terminal or not.
President Song said, QC disc was provided by major companies from overseas before however now it have been delivered to Samsung Electronics by localization through Korea Ubiquitous engineers’ technical expertise.
Earlier last May 2008, Korea Ubiquitous developed and supplied BDQC for LG Electronics. Korea Ubiquitous spoke they will produce Blu-ray disc for movies or broadcasting continuously and will keep continue to developing specialized Blu-ray.
