파리--(뉴스와이어)--As part of the 2009 State financing programme published in December 2008, Agence France Tresor announces the creation of a new 30-year OAT.

This new bond, which details will be announced later on, will be issued by syndication in the coming weeks, depending on market conditions. The joint lead managers are: Barclays, BNP Paribas, Crédit Suisse, HSBC, Société Générale. All primary dealers (SVT) will be part of the syndicate.

This new bond will be auctioned afterwards, according to investors demand and in order to ensure its liquidity.
