Citibank Korea, changes summer uniform to cool hawaian shirts
On every Wednesday and Friday, Citibank employees will change into hawaiian shirts in order to go one step forward towards the customers and provide them with summer atmosphere. The hawaiian shirts are extraordinary in color compared to the original uniform.
As a part of this event, Yung Ku Ha, Citibank Korea CEO, worked at Bangbae Dong Branch as teller waring the hawaiian shirt on July 1st. Yung Ku Ha will be assisting customers with the banking service and hear customer's opinion directly.
One of the client who visited the branch said,“Normally I had thought that bankers are formal and ridged , but after they had changed into the Hawaiian shirts, they seem fresh.”
