KAIST and Yonsei University Are First Korean Schools to Join Global Business School Group That Administers GMAT Exam
- Graduate Management Admission Council Also Adds Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School in Belgium and Singapore Management University
GMAC administers the GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test), which is used as part of the admissions process at more than 4,750 graduate management education programs in approximately 1,900 business schools around the world.
“We are pleased to welcome these new member schools to our ranks,” said David A. Wilson, GMAC president and CEO. “The fact that we have our first member schools from South Korea and Belgium and a third from Singapore is a testament to the growth of quality management education around the world.”
The new member schools include:
· Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School (Belgium)
· Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) College of Business (South Korea)
· Yonsei University School of Business (South Korea)
· Singapore Management University Lee Kong Chian School of Business
The Graduate Management Admission Council (www.gmac.com) is based in McLean, Virginia, and has a European office in London. A second international office is set to open in Mumbai, India, in spring 2010.
