Seoul--(뉴스와이어)--Toyota Motor Korea (CEO, Ogiso Ichiro) said at the press conference on 28th for 2005 Seoul Motor Show that, with a theme titled “Luxury and Prestige,” it plans to introduce the total 9 Lexus models, along with its booth emphasizing Lexus global concept,

At the Seoul Motor Show scheduled to take place at KINTEX for a period, Apr 30 thru May 8, Toyota Motor Korea will introduce the next-generation concept car, LF-S (Lexus Future-Sedan) and hybrid car RX400h, besides existing Lexus models currently available in the market.

RX400h, among the models drawing a keen attention in the exhibition, is the first Luxury Utility Vehicle that adopted “hybrid synergy drive”with 268 hp 3.3-liter V6 engine and it has been on the market in the United States since April 15th.

RX400h is expected to help the visitors better understand the principle of the environment-friendly hybrid system.

When it comes to LF-S, a concept car, a V8 AWD (All Wheel Drive)hybrid future-oriented sedan equipped with a gasoline engine and high-power motor reflected well Lexus’ next-generation design philosophy, dubbed, L-Finesse.

Lexus booth was designed based on Lexus’ global booth concept with a subject “Luxury and Prestige.” Moreover it provides an Exclusive Zone particularly designed for Lexus customer and VIPs, offering Lexus’ unique and customized services.

Within an Exclusive Zone, e-Catalog will be installed for the first time in the world to provide the potential customers with the virtual images of each model, making use of 3D simulation mechanism. The e-Catalog to be introduced to all Lexus show rooms down the road is expected to enable to offer more realistic information to the customers.

“Introducing the concept car LF-S and a luxury hybrid SUV RX400h during this Motor Show will serve as a good momentum for the customers to better understand the arts and design which Lexus intends to accomplish in the coming days” said Ogiso Ichiro, a CEO of Toyota Motor Korea. He added saying, “Through Seoul Motor Show, Lexus hopefully will be able to come closer to the customers to help them see the true characters inside Lexus.
