Bosch and Inverness Settle Litigation

파밍턴힐스 미시건--(뉴스와이어)--Robert Bosch North America Corporation and Inverness Medical Innovations today announced that they have reached an agreement that settles Health Hero Network, Inc. v. Alere Medical, Inc., Civil Action No. 07-CV-5031, and Healthways, Inc. and Robert Bosch North America Corp. v. Alere LLC, Civil Action No. 08-CV-06337, both of which were pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. While the financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed, the agreement includes an exchange of cross-licenses of certain patent rights.
