Citibank Korea strengthens customer services through ATM channel expansion nationwide
Citibank customers will have access to free withdrawal and deposit services when using 1,500 Seven Eleven ATMs around the country during service hours (08:00~17:00), and able to use these ATMs with the same amount of fees they currently pay on Citibank ATM 365 corner after service hours.
If a Citibank customer has certain level of performance for ‘Smart A+ Passbook”, “CitiOne Deposit” or “Pro Baseball Passbook”, etc., the customer may use withdrawal and deposit services free of charge even after 5pm. At present, you need to pay more than 1,000 Won for withdrawing cash from ATMs installed in convenience stores or subway stations.
Through this alliance, Citibank Korea will be able to expand its sales network which is relatively small compared to its peers, and provide stronger customer services via 1,500 ATM channels nationwide.
The number of Seven Eleven ATMs is expected to increase steadily until the end of this year, and at the anticipation of reaching 2,000 affiliated ATMs by year-end, Citibank hopes to provide even greater services to its customers.
