Citibank offers “World Link Overseas Remittance ” directly sending money in local currency
As you send the money directly in the currency of the receiving country, the recipient doesn’t need to go through money exchange and therefore fees are saved. Also, the received amount is decided at the time of conducting the transfer.
“The service will be very useful for the foreign workers who send their salary to home country as well as the students and residents abroad,” a Citibank officer explained.
