Martin Horne, CEO, said the move was accelerated by the rapid growth of the opportunities in the region. “The effort to manage global opportunities from headquarters was quickly overtaken by our activity levels throughout Southeast Asia,” said Horne, “and the recent addition of IPeak Networks Partners in South Korea and China made a permanent presence in the region an urgent priority.”
