Citibank Korea Inc. hosts a Customer Appreciation Event, “Citibank is befriended with Lotte ATM”
CKI customers using either one of withdrawal, deposit, or transfer services with Lotte ATM for once or more will be qualified for the prize lottery. Just by using the Lotte ATM will automatically make the customer enter for the event and gift coupons and mobile gifticons will be given as the prize. Lotte ATMs are mainly installed in Seven Eleven convenience store, Lotte Department store, and Lotte Mart.
CKI and Lotte ATM have started providing services in alliance from Aug. 16, 2010. CKI customers will be exempt from withdrawal/deposit fee during business hour, and customers who are exempt from any ATM fee imposed by CKI will also receive the benefit of fee exemption with Lotte ATM 24/7 365 days a year.
CKI plans to install about 2,500 more of alliance ATMs by Dec. 2010 through strategic alliance with CD VAN companies including Lotte ATM, NICE, Hyosung, FamilyBank, and Chungho, and CKI customers will be able to have easier access to ATM services, according to a CKI representative.
In order to qualify for ATM fee exemption (Alliance ATM included), you need to open a CitiOne deposit account, A+ deposit account, or Pro-baseball account and satisfy certain conditions.
