AMD Announces Completion of Exchange Offer of Its 7.75% Senior Notes Due 2020 for Registered Notes

SUNNYVALE, CA--(뉴스와이어)--AMD (NYSE: AMD) today announced that it has completed its offer to exchange (the “Exchange Offer”) up to $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.75% Senior Notes due 2020 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for any and all of its outstanding 7.75% Senior Notes due 2020 that were issued in a private placement (the “Private Notes”). All of the outstanding $500 million aggregate principal amount of the Private Notes were tendered and received prior to the expiration of the Exchange Offer at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on January 6, 2011.
