Sao Paulo, Brazil--(뉴스와이어)--Editora Naos, a Brazilian publisher and the cooperative publisher of Urim Books issued Dr. Jaerock Lee’s autobiography series My Life, My Faith(I) in Portuguese. The population of Brazil is 180 million. Most of them use Portuguese and they have Christian belief; 85%(Catholics), 11%(Protestants).

In the book Dr. Lee tells the story about his life and beliefs. In his twenties, Rev. Dr. Lee had suffered from a variety of incurable diseases for seven years and awaited death with no hope for recovery. However, one day in the spring of 1974, he was led to a church by his sister and when he knelt down to pray, the living God immediately healed him of all his diseases.

From the moment Rev. Dr. Lee met the living God through that wonderful experience, he has loved God with all his heart and sincerity, and in 1978 was called to be a servant of God.

To understand Rev. Lee, it is necessary to understand his church. The Manmin Central Church was founded in 1982 with just 13 members, under the motto “Arise, Shine.”

Countless works of God, including miraculous healings, signs and wonders, have been taking place at his church.

In 1988, not only the main sanctuary of the church, but also the offices, the staircase, and even the corridor were full of people attending worship services.

However, Dr. Lee was excommunicated unfairly from the Church of Holiness in 1990 due to neighboring pastors‘ jealousy over his church’s tremendous growth.

But, after Dr. Lee passed a big trial with goodness, he could feel that God was bestowing upon him greater power. God blessed and guided him to establish a new denomination so that he could avoid unreasonable prohibitions and work for the kingdom of God with all his energy.

In July 1, 1991, the General Assembly of the United Holiness Church of Korea was established, and he was elected as the president.

Furthermore, in February, 1993, his church was selected as World's Top 50 Church by Christian World Magazine of the United States. It was only a little after 10 years since the founding of the church that God had already allowed the growth of his church to that of a worldwide church.
