IDG Selects Audyssey as Finalist for 2011 Macworld UK Awards

Audyssey‘s South of Market Audio Dock is a premium audio docking station for iPods and iPhones. The company pulled from its rich heritage in professional audio throughout the engineering process and the results are very impressive. The iPhone dock’s four speakers are bi-amplified and generate surprisingly big sound from its slender design; a shape that fits virtually anywhere.
The Macworld Awards nomination comes on the heels of several accolades, including Popular Science‘s 2010 “Best of What’s New Awards” in the Home Entertainment category (Dec., 2010); Wired‘s “Wish List 2010: 100 Best Gifts for Geeks” (Dec., 2010); and Popular Mechanics’ “Wish List,” the magazine's annual round-up of top tech gear (Dec., 2010).
This marks the 16th installment of the Macworld Awards, an annual event that celebrates the most innovative and successful products and companies in the Mac community. Winners are selected by the Macworld editorial team to recognize the most significant achievements and contributions of the year. The Macworld Awards will be presented June 16 at the Wyndham Grand Hotel in London.
