ANADIGICS‘ AWC6323 power amplifier is part of the Company’s industry-leading HELP3E™ product family. These PAs use ANADIGICS' exclusive InGaP-Plus™ technology to achieve optimal efficiency across low-range and mid-range output power levels and provide low quiescent currents. The compact 3 mm by 5 mm package footprint reduces printed circuit board (PCB) space by 25% compared with current generation single-band solutions.
