NEW YORK--(Korea Newswire)--NASDAQ OMX Corporate Solutions has appointed Daniel Wadsworth as Vice President of Corporate Solutions, based in Hong Kong.

In his new role, Dan will be responsible for driving the ongoing expansion of the Corporate Solutions business in Asia Pacific and aiding NASDAQ OMX‘s overall strategy in the region. NASDAQ OMX Corporate Solutions helps public and private companies minimize risk, maximize efficiency and increase transparency with a suite of products that improves market intelligence, communications, corporate governance and visibility.

“Increasingly, NASDAQ OMX is helping Asian companies enhance and expand their corporate solutions activities with relevant, best-in-class solutions,” said NASDAQ OMX Corporate Solutions Senior Vice President Demetrios Skalkotos. “We‘re thrilled to have Dan’s expertise and regional knowledge on-the-ground as we continue to drive companies' investor relations, communications and governance practices in this rapidly expanding market.”

According to the International Monetary Fund, economic growth in Developing Asia is projected to be at least twice the rate of the overall global economy and more than three times that of Advanced Economies.
