CFSK Reinforcing Online Service with New Website
CFSK is Korea’s first company dedicated to loan services with 1,200 Loan Consultants (L/C) and 20 sales centers nationwide. The website launch is expected to effectively combine the company’s online and offline service channels, which in turn will help build customer trust and expand sales network.
L/C is a professional loan sales agent who provides customized loan counseling, receive and deliver loan application allowing customers to use loan service more easily and conveniently. The new homepage of CFSK contains information about the L/Cs in various formats, and customers can choose the sales person that they want to be serviced by.
Clients can search available L/Cs by region and product, and check the information of each sales person like career, major service activities and award-winning records, and this helps creating trust between customers and consultants before counseling is provided. The personal webpage will be open for 100 consultants first, and then expanded to all consultants that every single of them will have his/ her website.
