Citibank Korea collect US visa application fee

SEOUL--(Korea Newswire)--Citibank Korea (CEO Ha, Yung-ku, www.citibank.co.kr) announced that it will launch US visa (only for nonimmigrant ones) fee collection business starting from March 9.

To get a receipt for the payment of US visa application fee, individuals should present to Citibank “Application form to pay US visa fee” preprinted from CGI’s website(www.ustraveldocs.com) a contracted processor of visa applications on behalf of US Embassy, to be able to pay the fee.

Visa fee payment is accepted only in Korean won according to the policy of US Embassy.

Citibank branches near US Embassy are Jongno Branch (Hanmi Building, 1, Gongpyeong-dong Jongno-gu Seoul, T. 02-731-8100), Gwanghwamun Branch (95, Naesu-dong Jongno-gu Seoul, T.02-3210-3700) and Seoul Branch (89-29, Sinmunno-2ga, Jongno-gu, Seoul, T. 02-2004-2155)

Citibank Korea announced that it will offer 100% discount on FX rate for travelers checks and 70% discount for cash purchased both in USD, in its celebration of launching US visa fee collection business, to customers who buy a receipt for the payment of US visa application fee.
