Seoul--(뉴스와이어)--The 5th television programming and interactive media trade market of the Asia-Pacific, BCWW 2005 (Broadcast Worldwide 2005) will be held from 17th to 19th, in November. Having attracted 3,200 delegates from 26 countries in 2004, BCWW hopes for a greater leap in 2005 with some major changes.

This year, the Korean Broadcasting Commission (KBC) has joined to host the BCWW with the Ministry of Culture & Tourism of Korea (MCT). Arirang TV and KBI (Korean Broadcasting Institute) will organize, and Eight Peaks will plan both the Exhibition and Conference.

Like BCWW 2004, BCWW 2005 will also concentrate on the variety of the contents such as animations and documentaries besides its strong market of TV dramas and focus also on the new media. This year, more than ever, attendees will see the development of content on DMB, IPTV and mobile TV as well as interactive digital television.

The BCWW 2005 Exhibition will include trade show and screenings to help maximize both promotional and revenue-generating opportunities for the exhibitors’ content while the BCWW 2005 Conference will provide a guide to the emerging Asia market for convergence in broadcasting and telecommunication.
