ItoM Successfully Concludes Patent Litigation With Qualcomm, Broadcom, and Others

EINDHOVEN, THE NETHERLANDS--(Korea Newswire)--Semiconductor Ideas to the Market (ItoM) B.V. announced today that it has dismissed, with prejudice, several companies, including Qualcomm and Broadcom, from its patent infringement lawsuit currently pending in the Eastern District of Texas. The lawsuit alleges that many companies in the mobile telecommunications space have infringed two of ItoM‘’s patents covering its proprietary transceiver technology.
