Citibank-Nature Republic alliance to offer benefits to customers in 20s~30s and foreign customers
Citibank smartphone banking users can enjoy a life-time remittance fee waiver(up to 10 transactions/month) with no condition, which will be offered with no cap throughout 2012.
Citibank will also offer JPY exchange rate vouchers(50%) to Japanese tourists visiting Nature Republic Myeongdong World Store. The vouchers will be accepted at Citibank Myeongdong Branch and Myeongdong Jungang Branch from Sept.10 to Dec.31.
The number of smartphone users has reached 30 million among which those in their 20s and 30s consider smartphone banking indispensable. One Citibank officer expressed his hope to see the alliance between Citibank and Nature Republic serve as an opportunity to further promote smart phone banking among youngsters and offer them with useful benefits.
