SEOUL--(Korea Newswire)--G-Star 2013 Game Investment Market (GI-MARKET), hosted by Korea Internet & Digital Entertainment Association and managed by WILDCARD Inc. (CEO, Yoonsang Kim), started accepting registration of investors and developers.

GI-MARKET is a subsidiary event of G-Star which is the biggest global game show in Korea. It is specialized for biz-matching among game developers, start-ups in game industry and investors. It is an unit event of G-star offers the best opportunity to figure out B2B trend in Korean game industry.

At the game investment market last year, game investment companies participated in the event and contracts of about 6 billion Korean won (5.5M US$) scale has been established. This year, additional investment teams from Korean and international publishers plan to attend the GI-MARKET.

GI-MARKET consists of preliminary event in Seoul, presentation competetion after accepting applications and investment market in Busan, G-Star site.

At the investment market in Busan, the game investment companies and investment teams from publishers will consult developers about investment contract and publishing and dig out potential game project.
