The project is supported by BOARD’s partner Acons Business Consulting from Zurich. The first phase, which has already started, focuses on Business Intelligence and Dashboarding for sales. From 2014 onwards, the sales intelligence will be integrated into the international Forecasting and Budgeting process. “The sales analysis and planning will be carried out using the same tool which will achieve great synergies for Ricola”, explains Monika Krafft from Acons. “BOARD creates a consistent view of the data for all users which reduces the potential for error.”
