EgisTec Introduces New Swipe and Area Fingerprint Sensors at MWC 2014

The ET300 is the smallest and highest performance fingerprint touch sensor module available in the world and is the ideal choice for usage in mobile consumer electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets. ET300 can effortlessly scrutinize the fingerprint to authenticate and verify the identity of the user with the absolute highest degree of confidence. Furthermore, it’s able to read various fingerprint conditions such as wet and dry fingerprints. The combination of these factors yields a state of the art fingerprint authentication and verification system capable of delivering maximum performance - all rolled up into a tiny module operating at the lowest power consumption in the industry.
ES608 is a new low-cost swipe fingerprint sensor designed for portable devices and PC notebooks. EgisTec’s image auto-calibration technology can self-calibrate and optimize each output signal for different skin conditions.
