Industrial Internet Consortium Reaches over 50 Members Two Months after Launch

NEEDHAM, MASS.--(Business Wire / Korea Newswire)--The Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) announces it has over 50 members and several key initiatives underway, two months after it was launched.

Progress on Foundational Work

The IIC Technology, Security and Testbed Working Committees are focused on key initiatives that include use cases, reference architecture framework, and test bed prioritization.

In addition, the IIC has made formal liaisons with the following technical organizations: GS1, OASIS, Object Management Group, Smart Grid Interoperability Panel, and The Open Group, as well as the open-source organization, The Eclipse Foundation.
