HOUSTON--(Business Wire / Korea Newswire)--PanAtlantic Exploration today announces the resignation of CEO William T. Drennen III to pursue other interests. PanAtlantic Group Chair Ms. Olga Plaksina had the following comment: “I would like to thank Bill for his contributions over the past 2-1/2 years building PanAtlantic into the successful organization it is today. We wish him well.”

Continuing, Ms. Plaksina announced the appointment of Dr. Robert N. Erlich as Chief Executive Officer, effective November 14th. “Bob brings over 35 years of industry experience focused on exploration and new ventures, perfectly aligned with our corporate strategy. He is a highly respected geologist with significant leadership experience.” Dr. Erlich received a BS in Geology from the University of Miami, an MS in Sedimentology from the University of North Carolina and his PhD in Paleoceanography from Vrije University in Amsterdam.
