HOUSTON--(Business Wire / Korea Newswire)--PanAtlantic Exploration announces the addition of Mr. Roberto Marino Garcia as Country Manager - Colombia. Senior Vice President H. Daniel Hogan states, “We are pleased to have Roberto join our Colombia team. With his significant executive background and recent 2-1/2 years’ experience with ANH (Colombia National Hydrocarbons Agency) as Advisor to the President, Mr. Marino will have an immediate and positive impact on our operations.”

PanAtlantic is currently Operator of the Turpial onshore block in Colombia. This 450 square kilometer block is in the prolific Middle Magdalena Valley and is surrounded by significant producing oil fields. PanAtlantic holds 50% interest with partner Apco also holding 50%. As PanAtlantic continues to expand and balance its portfolio, the Company advises that it has opened an office in Bogota and will soon begin testing the Turpiales-3 well.
