The exhibiting company who wants to meet other exhibitors or visitors
· In cooperation with the EEN partner network, a company profile will be created on the dedicated platform including the names and positions of the company collaborators who will be present for the meeting.
· EEN consultants will help to better qualify the meeting requests that are published on the platform and can also assist at the one-to-one meetings with the exhibitor.
· The professional relations established with EEN consultant can continue beyond the scope of the exhibition if necessary.
The exhibitor or the visitor who wants to set up a meeting
· Will have to connect to the exhibition website and identify the company or companies to be targeted.
· The meeting request can be filled in on the dedicated platform indicating both motivations and expectations.
· It is also necessary to ensure that the exhibitor has accepted the request.
Duration of meetings: 30 minutes
Timetable and hours: 17 to 19 November from 10:00 am 5:30 pm
Free of charge for all exhibitors
Visitor fee is a 250,00 € flat rate for an unlimited amount of meeting setups
