Russell Reynolds Associates Makes Landmark Acquisition in Norway
Strategic takeover of established Oslo executive search firm, Amrop AS, strengthens Russell Reynolds’ Nordics operation
Client demand for an expanded Nordic hub has grown, as Norwegian companies have taken leading positions in global industries, including energy, aquaculture and shipping. Norwegian funds have also become increasingly significant investors and have pioneered good boardroom governance and diversity - setting the benchmark for companies worldwide.
The newly integrated Oslo team will ensure Russell Reynolds is best placed to tap into the executive and non-executive talent pool in Norway, working effectively across borders to provide clients with a broad and diverse set of elite candidates. The move will both open up new opportunities for Norwegian executives abroad, but also increase the pool of international talents to recruit to top management and board positions in Norway.
