NCH Korea launched STEEL BOND, a low temperature welding agent weighing 19g which allows welding at 221℃
NCH’s STEEL BOND may be used at a comparatively low temperature of 221℃. It may be used with more generic source of heat such as torch or lighter, and does not require any other accessories. NCH’s STEEL BOND is compact in size so that it can be carried in a pocket. It is easy to use and provides delicate welding and it does not make holes even on thin surfaces while reducing risks.
STEEL BOND is very light, at 25g including the cases (actual weight is only 19g). It can weld most metals including steel, copper and stainless steel. STEEL BOND contains flux, an essential material to prevent oxidation on the welding surface of metals, therefore, it removes oxidation coating on the surface and lowers surface tension for more delicate welding. STEEL BOND does not contain harmful materials such as lead, zinc or cadmium. Also, the welding surface does not corrode.
NCH’s STEEL BOND satisfies the strict criteria of USDA. It may be used for welding of food facilities as well. Also, it may be used on general machinery equipment, ventilation facilities, milk processing plant, kitchen equipment and hydraulic cylinder repair.
