Seoul--(뉴스와이어)--In March, the Grand InterContinental Seoul’s contemporary restaurant Table 34 (34F) is featuring “Hanwoo” or Korean beef. This promotion was conceived by Table 34’s chef Lucas Spoel and will feature a variety of prime Hanwoo cuts such as New York strip loin, tenderloin steak, rib eye steak and sirloin steak.

Herb potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, asparagus and green salad are nutritious additions to our hearty steak dishes with either Béarnaise sauce or Green peppercorn sauce. Korean beef is world class and, as it has a high amino acid and oleic acid content (two elements which determined the taste of beef) is renowned for its delicious flavor.
