Adding to the romance of this spectacular setting, Chef Nick Flynn, for the entire month of August will be preparing an eight-course meal featuring his own modern interpretations of lobster cuisine. For this special event, he’s bringing lobster directly from Canada and Chef Flynn is preparing it in a variety of exciting ways. A highlight is the slow cooking process which allows butter to seep slowly into the lobster creating a truly unforgettable dining experience.

The meal commences with a freshly baked selection of breads with olive oil and balsamic, followed by lobster and watercress salad, caviar, mango and red onion dressing. Next, enjoy spice Australian fried beef with caramelized onion broth and homemade orange sherbet. The chef reaches the climax of the evening’s meal with a choice of either half grilled lobster, roasted Australian Wagyu beef tenderloin steak with grilled abalone or with foie gras, followed by dessert and coffee or tea.
