Brittany is a region famous for its beauty and romance·and for the freshness of its seafood. As a native of this region, Chef Pellon’s selection of dishes highlights the differences and harmonies between native ingredients. For example, the meal begins with Pork, truffle and mushrooms wrapped in filo, leek jus followed by Duck liver and king crab terrine, apple foam. Your journey continues with Roasted sea scallop, Lobster consommé, Pan-fried abalone and Slow roasted rack of lamb. For dessert Chef Pellon has prepared Warm dry plum “Farz cake, rum and vanilla ice cream.
