Premium quality Australian beef will be served that has been carefully selected and steak will be barbecued in the traditional way to improve flavor and juiciness. Choose from a selection of steak dishes such as slow roasted Australian beef tenderloin with mushroom duxelle and macaire potatoes or grilled Australian beef sirloin with grilled prawns, avocado and hollandaise sauce or Australian beef tenderloin and Cajun seasoned roast potatoes and soft roasted garlic.
