Seoul--(뉴스와이어)--President Roh Moo-hyun and Chairman Kim Joing Il of the DPRK National Defense Commission have agreed on the Declaration for the Development of South-North Relations and Peace and Prosperity, according to the Presidential Spokesman Cheon Ho-seon.

Beginning at 1:10 p.m. today, Chairman Kim will host a luncheon for the South Korean presidential couple and the South's official and special delegations. The declaration is expected to be issued just before the luncheon.
