다이나믹한 오프로드를 질주하는 랠리의 강렬한 쾌감을 느끼게 하는 드라이빙 게임의 대명사로써 총 34종의 라이센스 차량으로 현실감 넘치는 격렬한 코스에서 PS3™와 PSP 의 각각의 네트워크 기능과 무선랜 기능을 이용하여 전세계의 레이서들과 실력을 겨룰 수 있다.

이번 「SEGA RALLY REVO™」 는 누구나 즐길 수 있도록 아케이드판의 느낌으로 간단하면서도 랠리의 느낌을 잘 어필 할 수 있도록 시스템을 구축하여 눈길을 끌고 있으며, 6종류의 지면(눈, 모래, 진흙, 초원, 자갈, 거친 자갈, 아스팔트)으로 이뤄진 총 16개의 코스를 즐길 수 있다.

CPU 차량과 실력을 겨루며 3개의 챔피언쉽에서 우승을 노리는 챔피언쉽, 좋아하는 차와 스테이지를 선택해 베리에이션을 시험하고 코스를 익히며 베스트 타임을 노리는 타임어택, 온라인 레이스 또는 2인용 분활 화면 레이스가 가능한 멀티 플레이 등 각종 모드의 추가 또한 이번 「SEGA RALLY REVO™」의 특징 중 하나이다.
