Unlike other buffet restaurants, the Grand Kitchen uses only fresh ingredients and creates dishes daily in small quantities. Our chefs are also delighted to prepare various fresh fruit or vegetable juices upon guest’s order from our open kitchen. Along with salads prepared directly by our chefs, smoked salmon, morning steak, dim sum, soup, bacon and other morning buffet items will surely please your taste buds.
