Table 34, located on the 34th floor of the Grand InterContinental Seoul beginning February 20 until 24 will host Mr. Daniel Chambon and his son Mr.Stephane Chambon. Mr. Chambon has been awarded one star by the Michelin Guide as well as being ranked by Gault et Millau and the Hubert Guide. Mr. Chambon has owned the Pont de l’Ouysse restaurant since 1977 and specialized in the promotion of foie gras. For this promotion he is working with Rougiet to offer guests the world’s finest foie gras. The menu consists of foie gras prepared in 10 different styles from terrines to simply pan flashed. Homemade foie gras terrine, caramelized apple chutney, toasted “mique“ bread is one of Mr Chambon's highlights. From February 19 to 23 the Sky Lounge at the COEX InterContinental Seoul will host two-star Michelin chef Mr. Gaeteno Trovato who will prepare specialty dishes from Tuscany. This region, famous for its wines and olive oil, produces some of the world’s favorite dishes. One of Mr Travoto's favorites is the Cacciucco with mero, mullet, scampi, crayfish and small vegetables.
