InterContinental Hotels Seoul Table 34 Welcomes a New Chef ‘Eric Pellen’

Seoul--(뉴스와이어)--Table 34, located on the 34th floor of the Grand InterContinental Seoul, is now the new culinary home of Frenchman Eric Pellen (34). Mr. Pellen, in line with Table 34’s emphasis on French cuisine, has conceived exciting new dinner and luncheon menus. At dinner enjoy a seven-course meal that includes Amuse bouche, duck liver terrine, and beef fillet and at lunch a four-course meal. All set menus feature not only the finest cuisine, but also superb presentation.

Mr. Pellen has already acquired 16 years of experience working at Michelin star restaurants in France, and in InterContinental Hotel restaurants in the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, and Egypt. At the Grand InterContinental Seoul Mr. Pellen will handle all the menus in the hotel’s Western restaurants in addition to Table 34. Although this is his first visit to Korea, Mr. Pellen has said “I’ve fallen in love with Seoul’s dynamism.” He added, “I’ll be using the freshest fish and finest beef in my modern French cuisine creations.” Welcome news to all fans of gourmet food at Table 34.

The price for the lunch set menu is 40,000 won and the dinner menu is 85,000 won. (VAT and service charge are not included)
