Sky Lounge Welcomes Chef Nick Flynn...COEX InterContinental Seoul

Seoul--(뉴스와이어)--The COEX InterContinental Seoul’s Sky Lounge has long been known for its stunning views of the Han River and southern Seoul. Now we’re pleased to add to the Sky Lounge dining experience the culinary talents of Chef Nick Flynn (37). Chef Flynn is a native of Australia and has spent the past two decades in places as diverse as Germany and India building a resume that easily encompasses the cuisines of both east and west.

With his experience as an executive in the Food & Beverage division, Chef Flynn also brings a sense of responsibility for the service that is provided in the restaurants. Customers at the Sky Lounge will now benefit from both his cooking expertise and superb standards of service.

During the month of March Chef Flynn will introduce a menu that features ingredients such as foie gras and elegant main dishes such as butter poached live lobster, scallops, truffle, chive ravioli and champagne foam. His menu design also offers an exciting selection of starters, soups as well as an imaginative choice of main dishes and desserts.
